Our laboratory is equipped with the latest measuring equipment. Do you require special proof of quality, such as claims concerning solderability? Or have you noticed problems for which you cannot determine the cause? We are happy to support you with these matters. Please mention any special testing requirements when making your enquiry.

Controlled processes ensure consistent quality: Our electrolytes are regularly analysed and monitored in our in-house laboratory. This ensures that all parameters are always within the specified thresholds and that action can be taken before problems arise.

Solderability tester

Fully automatic, high precision solderability testers allow the exact determination and documentation of the wet strength of each individual component pin, i.e., the determination of the force with which the sample is held to the solder by dipping the sample into the molten solder and pulling it out.

Cut analysis

The sample is cut, ground, polished and corroded with a chemical reagent to expose the interfaces between the different constituents that make up the metal. Afterwards, the layers can be measured using our high-resolution microscope.

Layer thickness measurement

X-ray fluorescence measurement makes it possible to determine the thicknesses of the electroplated layers quickly and with a high degree of accuracy. As this is a non-destructive test, no components need to be destroyed, which is a major advantage, especially for small batches or expensive parts.

Atomic absorption spectrometry (AAS)

A high-tech measurement for the quantitative determination of metals in liquids. This enables us to analyse our electrolytes even more precisely. It is also used to check our wastewater: a significant benefit for process stability and the environment!
