Over the past few years, we have developed safety in the workplace into a key success factor. The “Safety Culture” accident prevention project initiated in 2021 in cooperation with Suva is now showing exceptional results.
At the heart of this success is an innovative concept in which responsibility for safety issues is not isolated to the safety officer, but is shared by the entire management team around CEO Thomas Tschopp. Regular training and practical exercises ensure that safety standards are not only understood in theory, but also implemented in practice.
We actively promote a culture of open communication on safety issues. In recognition of the fact that language barriers can pose a significant safety risk, we offer targeted language courses for employees with a migration background.
The results speak for themselves: since the start of the project, accident figures have been well below the industry average and last year the milestone of zero occupational accidents was reached - a result that impressively confirms the effectiveness of the implemented safety culture.
